Do I need a Meta Business account?+
No. NightDesk connects the same way WhatsApp Web does when you scan a QR code in your browser — there's no Meta developer account, business verification, or app review involved.
Is this an official WhatsApp product?+
No. NightDesk is an independent product and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. It connects using the same method WhatsApp Web itself uses, which is not WhatsApp's official Business API — worth knowing if you're planning very high-volume automated messaging.
Will it work with the WhatsApp number I already use?+
Yes. You link your existing number by scanning a QR code, the same as adding a linked device in WhatsApp's own app.
What happens if I get an unusually high volume of messages?+
